    Job Description

    As a Senior Consultant / Associate Manager at PageGroup you will be responsible for:
    • Meeting high-performance based billing outcomes, quarter on quarter
    • Supporting the more junior members of your team (and wider office) to help them succeed (mentoring, coaching & potentially leading staff)
    • Contributing to the social fabric of the office - attending events (client and internal), supporting our philanthropic initiatives, remaining engaged with commercial initiatives and office-wide goals
    • Maintaining business development activities
    • Key account management
    • High level candidate service delivery
    • Participating in learning and development opportunities to progress your career
    • Demonstrating the PageGroup values


    The Successful Applicant

    Skills And Qualifications
    • Experience in agency recruitment at a senior consultant / middle leadership level
    • Demonstrated high-performance in role - exceptional billings record
    • Well-developed communication, interpersonal, influencing and decision-making skills
    • A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team
    • The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities
    • The ability to handle adversity and rejection
    • Capable to oversee and manage a P&L - budgets and forecasts + meeting revenue outcomes (ideal, not a prerequisite)
    • Ideally experience supporting a team of people or managing a team of people to achieve their personal and professional goals
