    Job Description

    Reporting to the Associate Director of Change & Culture, you will take responsibility for:
    • Leading a complex change management program, transforming how services are designed and delivered
    • Designing, developing and implementing change management strategies aligned with people, process and technology change initiatives
    • Leading change impact assessments on the future-state design across people, technology, data and process
    • Driving adoption of the future-state design and facilitate the required cultural change to see this succeed
    • Contributing and influencing wider stakeholder group, as an integral part of the programs' leadership team
    • Collaborating with project teams to develop high quality training, communication and engagement plans and materials to support the implementation of change
    • Promoting a change management capability and provide advice and coaching to project team members and stakeholders on change issues
    • Providing support, guidance and capability building to project team members
    • Developing and monitoring the business benefits produced by the program
    • General HR duties and responsibilities aligned with your role and for the greater good of the HR business unit


    The Successful Applicant

    To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
    • Arrive with the relevant tertiary qualification(s) in HR and the associated, in-depth technical and practical skills and experience in generalist HR functions at BP or management level
    • Offer experience in strategic transformation and change management with a track record of successful outcomes/results
    • Be able to demonstrate your ability to consult and your strength in influencing and negotiation
    • Be comfortable executing multiple concurrent work streams (you'll need to be nimble!), and delivering on these to the priority of the business
    • Arrive with maturity of understanding and an ability to articulate complex business processes and build practical change and communications plans based upon those needs
    • Offer demonstrated change management expertise including to benefits realisation, change adoption, change impact assessments, and business readiness
    • Be a down to earth and organised, able to succeed in a dynamic and complex working environment, confident in your communication skills and decision making, and agile in your approach overall
