Health & Wellbeing Business Partner 
This role sitting within the safety and wellbeing function, it is an opportunity for a hands-on safety and injury management advisor to join an employer-based business. You will lead, guide and educate the operations team on overcoming safety risks, investigations and return to work options across warehouses and other locations. Reporting to the operations manager, working within a diverse safety team for the region, this is an opportunity to join a global business that focus on inclusion and career progression.


  • Allied Health degree; exercise physiology, occupational therapy or psychology.
  • Cert IV in WHS, completion of return-to-work coordinator certification.
  • Three years’ experience across proactive injury management and safety initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate risk assessments, investigations, return to work/ injury management.
  • Work with leaders on supporting a proactive safety performance and quick successful return to work.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Proven leadership ability to drive change and to initiate and develop solutions within the organisation.
