An amazing opportunity has become available for a HR Executive to join The Estee Lauder Companies Head Office in Erskineville.
You will drive the Employee Experience and work with the HR team supporting key HR processes such retail recruitment, being the power user for our HRIS and being the WHS saftey lead for our Retail Popluation.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end recruitment and selection for our Retail population
  • Be the power user for our HR Information Systems and ensure the information is maintained accurately

  • Responsible for internal reporting and work with this data to produce meaningful analyses & metrics; identify and articulate trends and patterns with meaningful commentary

  • Manage or participate in ad-hoc projects related to the HRIS

  • Be responsible for ensuring WHS Compliance and be the dedicated Return to Work Coordinator for our Retail Population

  • Maintain HR administrative processes, systems and resources

  • 2 - 3 years HR experience within a retail business is highly sort after!
  • Be able to work in a fast paced and energetic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Ability to communicate and work cohesively as part of a team across various departments
