    Job Description

    Reporting to the HR Manager the successful applicant will be involved in;
    • Recruitment and selection;
    • Employee on-boarding and separation processes;
    • Providing employee advise;
    • Learning and development initiatives;
    • Ad hoc projects.

    The Successful Applicant

    You will have a track record in a similar HR roles, with a go getter attitude with strong HR administration skills.
    • Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferrable).
    • Basic to moderate understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures.
    • Intermediate computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently and as a team.
