We are looking to appoint a Part-Time Human Resources Business Partner, to support our South Queensland teams, based from Brisbane.

Working with a client group of around 200 employees, you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support, including building the people management capability of our leaders, facilitating and supporting change management, leading and supporting HR projects, and working with managers to improve employee engagement and retention.

Operating as a HR Generalist, you will engage with and influence your colleagues in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Culture, to ensure your client group receives the best support across all areas of Human Resources.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this critical role, you will have knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues, including performance management, facilitation, talent, workforce planning and change management. You will also be confident interpreting policy and providing advice to managers.

An effective communicator, you will be able to influence and inform a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, to achieve strategic outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

You will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Experience using Workday would be beneficial, but is not essential.
