We are currently recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Partner who will be responsible for proactively managing the wellness and health of Council employees. You will champion a safety-first culture and provide tools, resources and programs that improve health and wellbeing.


The Health and Wellbeing Partner also provides professional, efficient, timely injury and illness claim and case management services, to achieve optimum recovery outcomes for employees and Council. You will foster a safe workplace culture which will feature health and wellbeing, innovation, and the practical application of legislation to maintain and improve organisational performance. The successful applicant will have a degree in occupational health and safety, health, nursing or related discipline and/or equivalent experience and be able to demonstrate experience in workplace rehabilitation and return to work practices, understanding individual needs and characteristics of injured workers to provide effective injury management.
