As our newly appointed Talent Acquisition Specialist you will head up all recruitment processes including strategy and execution of new ideas you introduce. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment and on-boarding life-cycle process.

Description

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for vacant roles
    • Conduct face-to-face interviews and update candidates on hiring processes
    • Applying critical research and detailed analysis into advertising platforms and databases
    • Conduct phone interviews to filter through candidates who meet minimum requirements
    • Coordinate relevant reference checks on suitable candidates verifying desirable information
    • Provide constructive acceptance or decline feedback to candidates

Profile

    • Previous experience in an internal recruitment role (blue and white collar)

    • A proven ability to perform in a fast paced environment

    • Flexible to work across Parramatta and Sutherland office

    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skill
    • Strong ability to meet strict deadlines
    • Self-driven and can work autonomously
