Due to an internal move we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to support corporate roles across Bupa! This role is a true talent business partner, responsible for the delivery of exceptional '5 star' end to end recruitment & selection service to hiring managers across the business in specialised fields. We are looking for someone who is passionate about talent, can build strong stakeholder relationships and has previous experience recruiting roles across HR. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide seamless end-to-end recruitment - job brief, writing and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, proactive sourcing, interviewing, creation of detailed candidate profiles and briefs, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, background checking, providing post interview feedback, facilitating candidate and hiring manager feedback and the full back end.
  • Partnering and guide stakeholders, providing industry insights from initial intent to go to market, right through to offers and contracts.
  • Managing candidates in our ATS Workday, always ensuring candidates are updated in a timely manner.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, to ensure exceptional recruitment service to maintain attraction and retention of quality candidates.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a 'pool' of passive job seekers for a talent pipeline.

What do I need?

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience (agency or internal) and industry leading knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  • Sound understanding of end to end recruitment & selection processes.
  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience of behavioural based interviewing.
  • Ability to handle multiple 'Generalist' assignments across a range of disciplines from admin/PA level to Head of Level, across multiple disciplines.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively provide a high-quality customer & candidate experience.
  • A genuine desire and willingness to be involved in all HR/People related activities.
  • A proven commercial focus and ability to understand the impact of recruitment issues on the business.
