    The Role

    This is a 360 accountancy and finance recruiter role. You will work on a warm desk with existing clients and candidates. Whilst also being responsible for the development of new business. You must be able to win new clients as well as identify, approach and source new candidates.

    You must be able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, at the same time as providing an outstanding and professional service.

    Ideal Candidate
    • Previous recruitment experience within accountancy and finance
    • Outgoing, confident and passionate personality
    • Excellent interpersonal skills – well spoken and presentable
    • Natural people-person – able to easily build and maintain relationships
    • Sales minded, driven and self-motivated
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced, professional environment
    To be considered for relocation you must be educated to degree level with at least two years accountancy and finance recruitment experience OR without a degree and at least 5 years recruitment experience, some of which must be within the accountancy and finance sector.
