The role:

  • Provides generalist HR support
  • Coordinates the end to end recruitment process across multiple businesses
  • Assist in the development and review of HR policies, procedures and systems
  • Provides support and advice with performance management
  • Maintains HR records

The person:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferrred
  • Previous experience working in a generalist HR role
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in, interpretation, guidance and advice on relevant legislation and state/federal industrial instruments
  • Ability to engage, influence and build long-lasting relationships across multiple teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with formal report and letter writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced organisational and planning skills.
