The Opportunity:

Our Ashurst Service Central - People Team are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Brisbane office on a 3 month fixed term contract basis.

Ashurst Service Central (ASC) has been designed as a "one stop shop" for essential services across the employee and client lifecycles.

Joining as a HR Administrator you'll be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative support services, including records management, meeting and event support, setting up of virtual classrooms and creating, compiling and distributing documents. You will also be asked on occasion to support the wider ASC people team to assist with overseeing the employee lifecycle events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • HR or L&D administration experience
  • Highly customer focused
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience in problem solving queries through to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player, able to work as part of a virtual service delivery team
  • Experience working with ambiguity
  • Diversity champion
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with systems e.g. HR database
