Senior Recruitment Manager – Part Time

We are a growing Healthcare Management Company and an emerging market leader working prodeminantly with private medical practices. 

With a strong mission and vision, you will be joining a purpose-based organisation providing outsourced Medical Administration and Medical Business Consulting to practices throughout Australia. Our internal HR capabilities are valued by senior leaders who are focussed on building on these. As the business continues to grow, we are investing in providing a specialised recruitment service to clients and are seeking to enhance and drive the overall HR offering inside the business. 


You will be stepping into a brand new role and team, that has been thoughtfully designed to elevate Talent Acquisition within the organisation. The role is fast-paced, and allows you to work across end to end recruitment as well as projects and initiatives. 


Reporting in to the General Manager some of your key responsibilities include;

  • Managing the internal end to end recruitment process including posting advertisements, phone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, interviewing, references, background checks, and coordinating offers.
  • Generating contracts, maintaining on-boarding paperwork, liaising with payroll and ensuring hiring managers and candidates are organised for their first day.
  • Providing coaching and support to hiring managers, ensuring processes are followed, providing market insights and general recruitment advice.
  • Process improvement including updating templates, streamlining processes, reviewing PDs, and interview guides. 
  • Working with the leadership team to oversee our overarching recruitment strategies and recruitment initiatives. 
  • Managing recruitment projects for external clients as part of the Practice Management Advisory Service
  • Assisting our Practice Management Consultants by reviewing clients’ templates, PDs, and employment contracts. 

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;

  • Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, whether it be in internal or agency recruitment. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management is advantageous. 
  • Ability to work at pace, with a resilient and tenacious attitude. 
  • Strong level of attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently
