About The Role

We are currently seeking a n Instructional Designer to join our Risk and Assurance team based in our modern head office in North Sydney on a 12month fixed term contract.

This is a flexible working environment, with opportunities for both office based work and working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Risk and Assurance with ongoing improvement and compliance of the governance framework via our quality management system, the Integrated Group Management System (iGMS)
  • Maintain and manage the Governance Framework support structures by creating successful learning experiences and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to assess governance and core systems training needs, then plan and develop unique digital content in collaboration with our Governance Training and Support Lead and People Function
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods and integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning.

About You
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Training and Assessment (Desirable)
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a fast pace business in an Instructional Designer, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of HTML and animation experience would be an advantage
  • Instruction design capability – knowledge of adult learning theories, experience of putting together immersive and engaging elearning content that was used in blended programmes
