About the opportunity:


The Talent Acquisition Partner role is responsible for providing end to end recruitment support and assists with diversifying Challenger's approach to sourcing and attracting market leading talent. In addition, the role will assist with improving Challenger’s recruitment and onboarding processes and partner with managers to enhance their recruitment, selection and onboarding capability.


Key responsibilities:


  • Proactively support the business to identify, engage and hire market leading talent
  • Diversify how Challenger sources and attracts talent whilst maintaining the quality of hire and time to fill
  • Prepare, review and provide insights on key recruitment metrics
  • Proactively build talent pools and source talent directly using LinkedIn and other sources
  • Train and partner with managers to enhance their recruitment, selection and onboarding capability
  • Work collaboratively with Heads of Human Resources to support the business in recruitment related matters
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver recruitment related projects
  • Understand diversity best practice sourcing strategies, and develop a plan to ensure Challenger meets the relevant criteria
  • Ensure Challenger’s employee value proposition (Brand Promise) is consistently represented within and outside of Challenger
  • Support and promote the Employee Referral Programme to the business


Skills and experience:


  • Demonstrated experience in an end to end recruitment role
  • Experience with partnering with the business to improve and manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding practices
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence as required
  • Ability to work at pace, with a resilient and tenacious attitude
  • Strong level of attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
  • Recruitment and onboarding systems knowledge (Workday advantageous)
