You will lead a team of specialists across several of our EML offices (Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Chatswood and Parramatta), delivering best practice injury management solutions to support optimal recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers.

Working as part of the leadership team, this role will be responsible for ensuring performance targets and organisational objectives are met while providing a high level of customer experience to our stakeholders and tailored injury management support to each of the Operational Service segments.

This is a 12 month contract based in an EML office location of your choice.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to identify opportunities to develop and embed strategies that support return to work outcomes and a positive customer experience
  • Lead your team to deliver superior customer experience and embed this into business practice
  • Provide guidance in injury management where specialised attention is required.
  • Review and report on business unit outcomes and coordinate the completion of required monthly and quarterly performance reporting
  • Ensure your team provides and participates in effective training and quality reviews
  • Develop and maintain a strong working partnership with stakeholders and the broader group
  • Coach and develop team members, set KPIs and development plans.

About You
  • More than 5 years’ experience in the Workers Compensation industry including more than 2 years’ experience in people leadership
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health.
  • Strong experience in personal injury claims management.
  • Must be willing to travel between sites
