We are currently supporting our parent company HR GO plc, to attract recruiters currently based here in Australia or New Zealand. This drive is due to year-on-year growth in the Group across all their operations, even during Covid. Educationists, Construction, Energy and Commercial recruiters would be especially welcome.

HR GO is a family-owned business, established in the UK for over 64 years, involved in a diverse range of recruitment services. This £115+m business has 35 offices across the UK and Europe and 210+ permanent staff. They offer temporary and permanent recruitment services fully tailored to include all elements of the recruitment process. Currently they have in excess of 10,000 temps working per day, whilst they generate £2m in perm revenue per year. The business has invested heavily in recruitment technology over the last three years, which has allowed it to thrive in the last 12 months during Covid and with staff working from home, meaning temp numbers doubled and revenue grew by 35% in 2020.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at HRGO you will excel at working with both clients and candidates to discover talent and help people realise their career potential. You will use and enhance your business development and sales skills to identify and secure new clients whilst maintaining great relationships with existing ones to ensure an exceptional standard of service is delivered. Whether you are advising one of the world's largest companies on a candidate sourcing strategy, or helping a candidate take the next step in their career, this is an exciting and rewarding role where you will thrive on the challenges presented to you.
