The role

 

To help drive this growth we are looking for a seasoned Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant to ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality candidate pipelines within many technical arenas in the Salesforce / Mulesoft disciplines. This will include sourcing, attracting, processing and hiring Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Business Analysts, Salesforce Functional Consultants, Salesforce Platform Managers, Salesforce Solution Architects, Salesforce Technical Architects, Salesforce Project Managers among others.

 

Within a remote team, who like to meet once every week/fortnight, you will be at the front line of driving exceptional Candidate, Business, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager experiences while optimising, automating and increasing pipeline conversions throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Reporting to the ANZ Manager of Talent Acquisition for Lateral Hiring, you will work closely with a growing TA team of 15 (onshore and offshore) on the execution of our TA strategy while providing exceptional advisory consultation, process training and reporting to leaders across the global business. To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Be responsible for senior stakeholder relationship management and client/candidate satisfaction and experience.
  • Drive diversity hiring across all areas, and have a keen interest in helping drive DE&I initiatives and APAC projects.
  • Be responsible for market intelligence, external market analysis and operational excellence within the scope of work.
  • Be data driven in your recruitment process, plus know what data means and how to utilise it for positive change.
  • Be jointly responsible for TA innovation & TA process excellence oversight within the team.
  • Have ownership of all candidate attraction methods, for both current live roles and pipe-lining future requirements.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce-Mulesoft and other Technical Leadership, plus our TA team on resource planning and initiatives.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (structured interviewing and assessment processes) while suggesting any enhancements to automation, process align or increase Wipro's hiring efforts.
  • Be a key driver with Employer Branding initiatives, Brand Awareness campaigns, and a champion Brand Ambassador for Wipro.
  • Truly business partner, engage and empower hiring managers/teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure maintenance of thorough and accurate ATS documentation on all conversations, interactions and engagements with candidates.

 

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

 

  • 5-7+ years in Talent Acquisition within complex, fast paced, high volume industries/companies.
  • 3-5+ years functional expertise in Technical / IT Talent Acquisition across Salesforce / Mulesoft.
  • Experience in a 360 degree / full-lifecycle, research or pure sourcing role gained within a complex corporate, IT consulting, RPO or agency environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand your field in-depth and deliver on promise.
  • Experience in full life-cycle candidate exploration, from sourcing/attraction, interviewing, screening, hiring and onboarding.
  • Well versed in full lifecycle talent acquisition - management of blended candidate attraction methods, candidate experience and assessment.
  • Deep expertise in various ATS, TA systems and tools.
  • Experience in diversity hiring, including diversity in sex/gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, religion, culture, disability among others.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, competing priorities, complex projects and client relationships.

  • Experience mentoring / coaching junior team members.
  • Global, Regional experience in other countries - Offshore and onshore experience.
