As a member of our People & Culture Operations team, you will join a team focused on ensuring our early careers programmes remain attractive to a diverse pool of graduates and those seeking alternative early career pathways, with a focus on the importance of our programs having a reputation for providing a positive and inclusive experience for all who engage in the process.

About the role

  • Design and deliver engagement campaigns that position PwC at the front of career decisions of a diverse pool of graduates and those seeking alternative career pathways;
  • Bring advanced market insights to leaders at all levels to support their decisions on which skills to hire, how best to attract them and how to design roles accordingly;
  • Work collaboratively with Partners, Senior People Leaders and Talent Acquisition teams, to ensure we engage, attract and onboard a diverse group of talented early careers candidates, to meet annual hiring targets;
  • Empower our Leaders and Brand Ambassadors to promote PWC as employer choice for Early Careers talent and develop toolkits to enable same
  • Build relationships with key Universities (careers services and faculty) to promote PWC Talent Brand;
  • Manage relationships with student societies and partner organisations to ensure future talent, understand the variety of career options available at PWC;
  • Collaborate internally to develop Talent Brand materials and targeted content for Campus events and Social Channels;
  • Work with the Early Career sourcing Steering Groups to ensure our programs align with strategy/growth plans.

About you 

Passionate about being at the forefront of Early Careers Talent Acquisition, you’re ready to help our Leaders and Early Careers team navigate an increasingly complex and competitive recruitment marketplace, through innovative solutions and reimagining the possible.

You bring experience managing early careers recruitment campaigns, ideally in high-volume intakes, for a matrixed business environment. Knowledge and networks in the local graduate and early careers sector will be highly valued and a relevant Degree qualification is preferred.

You will have experience in dealing with high volume campus programs with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact and influence is critical to success in this role, you are a team player who thinks and acts in alignment with our values and most importantly a real passion for engaging and identifying pools of future talent for PWC.
