As a member of our People & Culture Operations team, you will join a team focused on ensuring our early careers programmes remain attractive to a diverse pool of candidates, seeking alternative early career pathways, with a focus on the importance of our programs having a reputation for providing a positive and inclusive experience for all who engage in the process.


About the role

  • Working closely with our Early Careers team to ensure we continue to deliver and evolve alternative career programs, with a focus on early careers candidates;
  • Build relationships with external partners, to support alternative talent pools for early careers hiring;
  • The role will manage sourcing for core programs, including but not limited to: Higher Apprenticeship Program, Adelaide Skilled Services Hub, Parramatta Onshore Delivery Centre, Trainees;
  • Support with RAP recruitment initiatives that relate to sourcing and engaging First Nations candidates;
  • Work with vendors and external industry groups, to understand alternative channels and position PwC as an outstanding opportunity;
  • Work with business People & Culture Directors and D&I teams, to identify roles and opportunities for alternative career intakes;
  • Work closely with Early Careers Leads, to plan program attraction and selection processes ;
  • Work with Operations & Programs Manager to plan intake dates and ensure resources and technology are available;
  • Propose alternative sourcing strategies/channels.


About you 

Passionate about being at the forefront of Early Careers Talent Acquisition, you have a passion for engaging and identifying talent pools, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.

You bring experience managing early careers recruitment campaigns, ideally experience engaging and recruiting candidates from outside the traditional University pools, you are comfortable working in a matrixed business environment.

A knowledge and network with TAFE, High Schools, Disability OR First Nations employment services, will be highly valued and a relevant Degree qualification is preferred.

You will have experience in dealing with high volume recruitment programs with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact and influence is critical to success in this role, you are a team player who thinks and acts in alignment with our values and most importantly a real passion for engaging and identifying pools of future talent for PWC.
