    The Technology, Analytics & Project Delivery TA team are responsible for attracting, engaging and supporting selection of the best tech talent to enable CBA’s ambition of delivering the worlds best digital experiences for our customers. We are driven by a passion for technology and leverage data driven insights to deliver strategic talent acquisition support.

    You will be joining a truly diverse team of 30+ determined to identify and engage the best tech talent for CommBank. The Talent Strategy Manager role is critical to our success and will join the leadership team. The roles purpose is to build relationships with senior leaders and leverage data to develop capacity plans for the TA team and develop talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the leadership team and key SMEs. You will:
    • Support the evolution of demand forecasting practices
    • Partner with senior business leaders to define and document workforce/recruitment demand on a quarterly and financial year basis. This will include identification of critical job families so we can pinpoint priority talent needs to meet business goals
    • Create and execute strategies to deliver against those talent needs, ensuring we leverage and mobilise our existing talent and attract the talent required for the future
    • Leverage structured and unstructured data to develop insights and influence decisions
    • Partner with relevant HR COE teams to ensure we deliver against people strategies and critical projects
    • Act as a brand ambassador with a steadfast focus on positioning CommBank as a career destination of choice for tech talent and promoting our value proposition at every turn
    • Role model and influence hiring managers to deliver against our diversity commitments and ambitions.

    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels
    • Strong analytical capability and ability to understand and forecast business impacts
    • Experience in drafting high quality strategy documents and plan
    • Expertise in workforce planning and execution of those plans
    • Experience in managerial talent acquisition roles is preferred but not essential.
