We are big believers in culture driving performance and no doubt it does because our revenue have grown year on year and are on track to do so again this financial year.

Based on the performance to date and anticipated growth plans, we now seek to appoint a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Accounting and Finance division recruiting permanent and temporary positions across our growing client base and support our established offering in this vertical.

You will report to the Manager of Accounting and Finance, benefiting from a billing management and director team that are focused at delivering senior and executive searches. You will also partner with experienced colleagues to leverage strong relationships in the market. This combination will no doubt ensure your success. You will be joining a high calibre team with an exceptional market reputation and your manager / director will use their relationships across the senior market and help you with business development across your sector to ensure success.

Main Duties Include
  • Conducting extensive business development to existing and new clients to build service offering awareness, win new business and execute temporary, contract and permanent recruitment
  • Providing tailored recruitment solutions for temporary, contract and/or permanent positions
  • Key account liaison for major clients
  • New business development, client retention and regular on site client visits
  • Negotiate terms of business to set up PSA’s for clients or join existing PSA’s
  • Cold calling clients and candidates
  • Cross-selling for other areas of the business
