We have exceptional performance across all levels of our volume accounts working with well-known brands in the Australian marketplace. This is an opportunity to be part of accelerating the growth of our volume accounts business. The role will work a lot with our Givernement and not for profit client base.

You will be an energetic person who has excellent customer service and adminstration skills to engage with our candidate customer base. The role will be working with a number of senior recruitment specialists to assist them in the day to day screening of candidates and matching to opportunities. The role also involves an administrative component to include taking reference checks, contract generation and loading up candidate profiles to a number of customer supplier portals.

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Candidate screening over the telephone or face to face as required.
  • Provide career & recruitment advice to candidates which is professional, useful, ethical & memorable
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment & selection process for our candidates working with senior recruitment consultants.
  • Actively support the team in candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing intelligence, relationship building, support at hosted events & contractor care initiatives
  • Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards.
  • Work as a supportive and co-operative team member, actively sharing information, acknowledging others efforts and stepping in to help as required.
