An amazing opportunity has become available for a Human Resources Business Partner to join The Estee Lauder Companies Head Office in Erskineville.
You will work in partnership with Brands and Functions and provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable client groups to effectively deliver their on their plans.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end HR support to the business; respond to employees general HR inquiries
  • Create and maintain relationships with leaders at all levels through regular, open conversations that support business outcomes
  • Support and promote ELC wide HR initiatives through proactive engagement with the wider HR team and adapting and delivering the initiatives
  • Work with the HR team to plan, develop and build people initiatives that align with the business strategy
  • Provide support and direction in the recruitment process including advertising, sourcing of candidates, profiling of position and person requirements, short listing and interview techniques.
  • Support with the facilitation of Corporate Onboarding and new hire programs
  • Handle end-to-end offboarding process for exiting employees
  • Recommend and help implement programs to increase skills, output and retention of top talent.
  • Facilitate mediation meetings internally and as necessary
  • Own Workers Compensation & behavioural based safety program
Key Experience:
  • 4-7 years’ experience in HR generalist role
  • Proactive and committed team player who brings energy, initiative and passion to a fun and supportive team environment
  • Proven experience in business partnering; ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels
  • Results orientated with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
