Being a small team, we need to get into the nitty gritty of HR but have the benefit of being able to focus on enabling a great culture, owning end-to-end initiatives, coaching leaders, and having the ability to see the impact of our work.

The Role

The Culture & Performance Administrator is a 3 day role to provide HR administrative support to the Culture & Performance team. The responsibilities include:

  • New Starter onboarding and set up management
  • Recruitment support
  • Learning initiative support
  • Office management 
  • Business event coordination
  • Letter and report generation
  • Culture & Performance team support, scheduling and administration
  • Employee experience and culture ambassador!
