About the Role:

As a member of the HR team, you will offer expertise and support with the following:

  • Performance Management.
  • Employment Relations.
  • Learning & Development.
  • Compensation and Benefits.
  • Recruitment.
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures throughout the organisation.
  • HRMS administration.

Do you have a mixture of the following skills, capabilities and experience?

  • Minimum 3 years practical experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and promote HR practices and adherence to legislative compliance.
  • Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels and provide support and advice.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an ability to write general correspondence, policies, procedures, guidelines and reports.
  • Ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet the organisations needs.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to remain impartial, maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Focus on delivering high quality work and achieving outcomes.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs and other relevant database programs.
