The Role:

Working closely with the National Recruitment Manager, you will be primarily responsible in assisting in the end to end recruitment of internal candidates for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing and placement of job advertisements on platforms such as SEEK, Indeed & LinkedIn
  • Phone screening of applied candidates
  • Coordinating candidate documents and ensuring they are compliant with company and legislative policies
  • Proactively searching and building talent communities
  • Coordinating interviews with Hiring Manager & shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinating on-boarding packs for new starters and applicants
  • Assisting in completing References for successful candidates
  • Database maintenance ensuring the most up to date candidate & client information
  • Providing general office support

The Candidate:

  • Extensive Administration experience required
  • 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment Sourcing /Admin support
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Organised and able to problem solve
  • MS office and WMS knowledge advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
