This highly successful Australian market leader who is enjoying rapid year on year growth have an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join the business. They have an enviable culture and a good reputation in the market place as well as a supportive and very inclusive People & Culture team!

Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for all operational HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, new contracts, performance management, supporting payroll, giving advice, guiding and coaching leaders and employees. You will also have the chance to use your creative flare to implement new well being initiatives. The role will be hands on and fast paced, with no two days the same.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in HR or related discipline and will be a seasoned HR professional with ideally 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels, along with proven experience working in a fast paced, evolving organisation.
