The Role
  • Reporting to the Managing Director, working with a motivated, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
  • Is responsible for 360 recruitment, maintaining and developing a recruitment desk.
  • Develops and nurtures new and existing client relationships to create win-win outcomes.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to clients by delivering the best possible customer service with a view to growing and supporting long-term relationships.
  • Attending client stakeholder meetings and strategic staffing pool planning.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of a client’s business, including corporate objectives, culture and working environment.
  • Source and recruit candidates from our extensive existing database, search, networks, and advertising.
  • Assists candidates to find appropriate roles in organisations through our networks.
  • Prepare, advertising content across a range of mediums to attract candidates.
  • Responding to and managing job applications in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Screening, Interviewing, and conducting background checks to validate candidates’ suitability to roles.
  • Consulting with candidates to understand their capabilities and career motivators to match them with suitable career opportunities.
  • Supporting the candidate through the process of securing a new role, including facilitating interviews, negotiating terms of employment, and providing expert advice.
  • Ability to follow and adhere to clear process and compliance guidelines.
The successful candidate will have:
  • The passion and drive for 360 recruitment and a desire to achieve excellence for clients and candidates.
  • Proven experience in developing relationships and business in recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in meeting agreed targets in client and candidate management and placement of the right candidate.
  • Initiative, motivation, tenacity and resilience to energetically pursue leads for clients and candidates alike.
  • Self motivate and results driven, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Hold strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Sound administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Have exceptional communication skills and be an effective listener.
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to confidently use word, excel and learn internal candidate & client management systems.
