GTC Legal Group provides administrative support for multiple law firms around Australia, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra.

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work from our Sydney office, to be responsible for delivering a wide range of Human Resource services to support the employment life-cycle.

Job Description

  • Undertake end to end recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Manage our HRIS
  • Assisting with performance management;
  • Work alongside our Directors to provide advice and support on HR best practice;
  • Prepare HR documentation including employment agreements;
  • Coordinate the processing of all new, changing and exiting staff;
  • Conducting workplace investigations and managing complaints in compliance with legislation, and in accordance with policy and procedures;

Essential Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent;
  • 5 years experience in a similar role;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including mature communication skills with the ability to earn trust, credibility and maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
  • Desire to grow and learn within an innovative leading organisation;
  • Must have experience in understanding and interpreting relevant legislation and awards together with company policy and procedure.
