About the Role
Reporting into the Senior P&C Advisor, and supported by a high performing and caring team, you will be a key member of the P&C team supporting the delivery of people programmes and initiatives nationally:
  • Providing advice on policy and award interpretations
  • Creating reports and research to support L&D and TA initiatives
  • Maintaining employment records on Workday, generating contracts, processing terminations and liaising with payroll so all changes are captured.
About You
You will have an engaging personality, think outside the box and a proactive approach. You will have the ability to see the bigger picture and think analytically.
  • Proven experience providing HR support within a corporate organisation, ideally within professional or financial services
  • Outstanding organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Workday highly regarded
