JOB DESCRIPTION

THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a leading industrial organisation, they work with clients to provide a high quality service which is flexible, transparent and continuously improving. With a growth strategy in place, this is an exciting time for a strong HR Manager to join this organisation and work with the executive team to develop and execute innovative and strategic HR solutions across the business.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all operational HR activities. You will support the recruitment, retention and development of staff in compliance with all relevant legislation. You will maintain HR policy and procedures as well as lead on all organisational development initiatives and learning and development initiatives. Due to significant growth and change over the next 12 months, you will work closely with managers to provide support and advice as well as ensure the organisation can successfully achieve business and contract KPI's.

THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this role you must be a seasoned HR professional that has 5+ years at HR Manager level. You must be a confident individual that can engage and influence at the executive level. It would be highly beneficial if you have experience of working within a blue collar organisation and have had experience with closures, mergers or transitions of business or large internal change projects.
