The Company

Located in Mascot our client is a global leader in their Industry with multiple sites across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and PNG.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow whilst playing a pivotal support role to the Payroll and HR teams. Your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Prepare and submit salary surveys, gather remuneration data for Manager’s
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR reports
  • Support the Annual Salary Review process including EBA & Award reviews
  • Create and prepare Employment Contracts
  • Assist with Bonus calculations
  • Review role profiles and maintain performance review data
  • The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables, identify, establish and maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role or HR Analyst / Payroll Analyst looking to step up into a more complex Analyst role covering Remuneration and Benefits
  • Excel knowledge and experience (can use VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Degree in HR or equivalent desirable
