Evolution Recruitment are looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment Team in helping our business to continually grow our headcount to accommodate the high demand from our clients.

The Tech Industry is booming, and as we specialise in placing software engineers in scaling tech companies, Evolution has a hunger to continue to grow our internal team of Sales Consultants to support our aggressive growth strategy.

We are actively looking for a passionate, values-driven recruitment professional to help us to build our business by identifying, attracting, and engaging with experienced recruiters and associate recruiters to join our training academy.

The Role

  • creating, circulating, and promoting effective marketing collateral
  • building a sustainable network of talent using diverse marketing channels
  • developing direct and indirect marketing campaigns (mainly using LinkedIn) to increase your unique personal brand
  • thorough screening of potential applicants to identify values and capability match
  • identifying, engaging, and headhunting appropriate targets
  • proactive involvement in / management of face-to-face interview process
  • attend and lead industry events to keep at the forefront of the evolving tech landscape
  • identification and implementation of any new, innovative talent attraction solutions
  • Liaise with Australian stakeholders but also innovate and collaborate with other internal recruitment teams throughout the global business

The Person

  • consistently display Evolution values of Ambition, Innovation and Collaboration
  • a passion and developed skill set in using LinkedIn tools to attract talent
  • at least 2 years’ experience as a 360 Recruiter (this is essential)
  • sales skills and a sales mentality – you will actively selling Evolution’s Employee Value Proposition to prospective employees every day!
  • strong engagement skills, with the ability to influence
  • a sense of ownership and accountability
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
