As the People & Culture Manager you will be responsible for providing day-to-day People & Culture support and advice across a broad range of generalist activities, whilst ensuring that company human resources initiatives are implemented, and goals are achieved aligned to business strategy.

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and developing HR systems and processes.
  • Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
  • Managing succession planning of staff.
  • Oversee and manage a performance management and review system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure HR legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records.
  • Manage the employee engagement survey and ongoing monitoring of engagement and actions in response to survey feedback.
  • Support leaders through people challenges and influence positive outcomes in line with policy and legislation.
  • Ensure employee safety, wellness, welfare, health and happiness.
About You
An experienced and motivated HR Partner, your passion for enabling others and building trusted business relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Additionally, you will demonstrate:
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partnering positions
  • Expert knowledge in employee relations/ industrial relations
  • Outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • You enjoy working autonomously, effectively managing your own time and driving success within your portfolio, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a Team
  • Results-driven and solutions-focused with a strong commercial lens
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide tough but supportive feedback
