Working closely alongside our Sales & Customer Experience and Marketing teams to deliver IT Services recruitment needs for their loyal clients, you are passionate about working with talented people in business transformation, software, applications, telecommunications, and Cloud.

About the role:

Leading one of our newest and most exciting verticals, this is a highly rewarding opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Digital Infrastructure recruiting to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates. You will:

  • Be a true partner, advisor and expert, cultivating consultative relationships with our loyal business partners who rely on us to find exceptionally talented people.
  • Develop, build and maintain partnerships with existing and prospective partners, becoming an expert on the intricacies of their teams, hiring processes, organisational structure, business objectives, culture and values.
  • Keep customer experience at front of mind at all times, owning the end-to-end process to deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Build talent pools of exceptional people that will enable you to respond quickly to the business growth and temporary workforce needs of our partners.
  • Be a trusted career mentor, providing the genuine guidance and support that our candidates know and love us for!

About you:

  • You will have expert-level knowledge of this dynamic and ever-changing field, with at least five years’ agency experience delivering trusted talent advisory in Digital Infrastructure and IT Services.
  • You have been a true innovator and owner of the full talent lifecycle, having implemented and executed sourcing strategy, talent assessment, diversity sourcing and interview process management.
  • You have shown a high-level of care and consideration when promoting your clients’ brands to deliver creative, targeted and engaging recruitment campaigns.
  • You are a proven trusted advisor to all your stakeholders, comfortable influencing topics, briefs and decision-making processes.
  • You have experience in high volume agency recruitment, going above and beyond for businesses of all sizes and recruitment requirements.
  • You’re a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, who knows how to have fun while getting the job done.
  • You have a genuine care for creating the absolute best outcomes possible for the people you work with.
  • Experience recruiting in-house for a large technology brand, or additional exposure to Sales, Marketing and telecommunications recruitment will be highly regarded.
