JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a talented HR Lead to work for a reputable mid-size engineering consultancy firm. Reporting to the Managing Director, The Human Resources Lead will play a key role in developing, changing, and reinforcing the culture, with a focus on performance management, training and development, recruitment and onboarding. This is a hands-on role that requires a self-starter who can work autonomously and likes to do a wide variety of work.

Experience

Required
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources Management Role
  • Tertiary Degree or Certificate in Human Resource Management or diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Cert IV in training and experience in the civil infrastructure industry
