    Our client is a top project engineering firm, global in brand and local in specialisation. You'll be based in their Henderson office which is brand new, has a cafe on-site and gives you free parking.

    You'll align with a high-profile joint venture project to support a growing HR team for administrative work. This team are social, hard-working and fun! Such a fabulous place to develop your career!

    Job Description

    Reporting to the HR BP you will be responsible for:
    • Taking briefs from line managers
    • Advertising roles
    • Utilising proactive sourcing methods to pool candidates
    • Vetting resumes, phone screening
    • Conducting face to face interviews
    • Finalising shortlists
    • Supporting line managers through formal interview process
    • Reference checks and other necessary due diligence and compliance requirements
    • On-boarding, mobilisation

    The Successful Applicant

    To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
    • Be immediately available to start work or on a short (1 - 2 week) notice period
    • Offer requisite skills in recruitment (3 - 7 + years), in the white collar space
    • Be comfortable managing a diverse recruitment portfolio
    • Ideally offer in-depth experience recruiting for engineers (mechanical, civil)
    • Be hard-working, diligent, efficient, engaging and a very strong communicator
