Synaco is seeking a motivated service professional with a local footprint in the NT to join our Darwin-based team.

You will be joining a passionate, supportive and values-driven National company, with a large Global network that can deliver on your appetite for growth and opportunity. The NT market is back in an exciting place and we are eager to grow the Darwin office with the help of a dynamic team looking to make their mark. Our core business is Blue Collar Labour Hire, however, we provide a number of services to our clients which include White Collar and Executive Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment, Payroll Management and HR Consultancy.

Is this you?

We are looking for experience in a similar role that engages customers at the coal face and is capable of fostering and growing great client relationships. Whilst this role would be ideal for someone within the Recruitment and Labour Hire industry looking to take their next step, this role will also suit a professional from service delivery backgrounds such as Real Estate Property Management or Key Account Management.

People are our business and, with that, comes challenges of prioritisation, time management, changes to delivery requirements and the inability to guarantee human behaviour. Your success calls for resilience, authenticity, accountability and self-motivation. This may sound like a tall order, but the right person will own this without breaking a sweat!
