Responsibilities will include managing the effective onboarding process of new starters, completing employment contracts and variations, updating position descriptions, assisting with the maintenance of training, learning and development records of all staff and general administrative tasks.

Sound judgement, flexibility and strong professional ethics with a customer focus is essential to this role as is the ability to exercise sound judgement and confidentiality with relation to highly sensitive matters.

You will be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to use your initiative, prioritising and organising work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will be comfortable bringing solutions to the table and don’t get phased easily when priorities change.
