This is the perfect opportunity for experienced resourcers, talent sourcing specialists, and recruitment consultants looking to take the next step in their career. This management opportunity will allow you to take charge of the company's entire Candidate Sourcing Portfolio; engage and collaborate directly with the Strategic Business Development of the company; while driving the company's service delivery capacity.

Role: Resource Manager
Salary: Starting - $65,000 Base + Superannuation; negotiable remuneration based on experience level and network deliverables
Contract: Permanent Position, Full Time, 42.5 hours per week

About the role:
The role of the Resource Manager is to manage the attraction and sourcing of candidates who are suitable for the jobs Canberra Labour Hire is looking to fill. Candidates are not always actively looking for work and the effective Resource Manager will be able to identify and engage with suitable candidates in order to gain interest and commitment to work with Canberra Labour Hire when transitioning employment opportunities. The Resource Manager will build strong relationships with our candidates and develop wide networks of contacts in order to supply the best people for our clients in order for Canberra Labour Hire to continue delivering unrivaled results as ACT's most trusted recruitment partner.

Your main objective in this exciting role will be to source and select candidates, build strong relationships through networking and ultimately match the right people to the right jobs. You will support the company by ensuring there is a deep pool of quality talent for Canberra Labour Hire to consider adding to our team.

Key deliverables include:
Supporting Company Business Development Activity

Seeking to fully understand the requirements of clients' roles to maximise success ratios when putting candidates forward for the position
Demonstrating the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage client expectations
Understanding the processes, procedures and requirements of the clients' internal recruitment systems
Delivering market leading service that exceeds the expectations of the client and candidate
Creating business opportunities through proactive marketing of candidates

Candidate Activity:
Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals
Executing marketing research and activity to attract new candidates
Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking
Vetting new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience and career goals
Performing with urgency to fully vet and prepare candidates prior to submitting them to business partners
Writing accurate and nuanced candidate profiles
Quality assurance of all data relevant to the recruitment process recorded using internal databases
Managing all processes and procedures to meet legislative and internal quality and compliance requirements
Producing ad-hoc reports as required
Managing the candidate timesheets process in-line with payroll deadlines
