An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our passionate HR team as an Employee Relations Specialist!

In this newly created role, you will own all employee relations matters end to end - ensuring business risk is minimised and business objectives are achieved.

Reporting into our highly supportive and well respected Head of HR Operations, you will join a team who are "kicking goals" on a daily basis, as part of an ongoing HR strategy during a time of digital tranformation at FXA. This is an exceptional opportunity to be hands on and "own" ER in a global, industry leading organisation in the Software and Hardware industry.

Day to Day, you will be:

· Managing Employee Relations matters end to end
· Be a champion of P&C processes providing quality coaching and guidance to end users on ER related matters
· Management of the relationship with external parties inclusive of Fair Work Commission, Union Representatives and Australian Human Rights Commission
· Enterprise Agreement negotiations
· Leadership of 2 HR Advisors
· Be a trusted advisor to management by providing business advice which direct supports organisational performance.
· Responsible for mitigation of business risk through a thorough understanding of employment law and the ability to provide comprehensive advice, policy interpretation within relevant statutory and corporate governance requirements
Ensure ER projects are implemented successfully using effective project management skills - planning, analysis, monitoring, communication, reporting and risk management
· Manage grievance, investigation and performance management processes independently whilst balancing risk, engagement and business performance
· Provide advice to internal People & Culture stakeholders on the ER implications of certain decisions and ensure governance is maintained on all ER matters
