The Opportunity

Reporting into our Organisational Development & Learning Manager, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our organisational development programs that promote employee development - change to assessments and also super user of the Access database. In this role you will also provide expert level knowledge on our systems that track and record development such as access database and survey monkey.

The role is diverse and will see you being able to utilise a number of skills such as;

  • Being the super user for the Access database for Talent Management;
  • Planning, communicating and co-ordinating individual skills assessments and re-assessments to the agreed national schedule and in priority order;
  • Monitoring the delivery of development pathways / support for key organisational roles;
  • Oversee the schedule for 360 and 270 degree feedback and report on trends

The role requires someone with strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, as well a passion for coordinating and project planning from an administrative point of view.

This role is ranged between $65 €“ 75k base + super, negotiated based on experience.

About you

  • You have a natural aptitude for technology; advanced IT skills including word, excel;
  • Expert user of the Microsoft Access Product, including an ability to identify, develop and implement system improvements
  • Love to be super organised, focussed and methodical; multi-tasking is your middle name;
  • You have a skill for written communication €“ grammar, punctuation, construction;
  • Are accurate and have a strong attention to detail, although still efficient with your time;
  • Enjoy developing collaborative relationships; able to secure others time and attention; like to keep people informed;
  • Able to work autonomously and work to targets / outcomes; you are self-motivated and solution focussed
