About the Role

Tronox is recruiting for a Training & HR Administrator to support our HR team at the Bunbury Pigment Plant. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating the Learning Management System (LMS) including competency records, issuing training & month end reporting
  • Booking on/off site training including venues, catering and vendors
  • HR clerical support including reference checking; booking medicals, interviews; preparation of contracts and other HR documents
  • Responding to employee enquiries relating to training or HR policy
  • Training employees on the use of the LMS and assisting with the on-boarding of new employees

About You

Mandatory requirements include:

  • Experience managing a complex LMS (Success Factors or similar)
  • Broad experience in the provision of HR administration support
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the Mining & Resources sector
  • A Diploma in HR, Business or a relevant discipline would be advantageous
