Toll People are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Global Logistics division in Derrimut on a 6 month fixed term contract with potential for this role to move into a long term prospect.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be to source talent whilst managing a portfolio of clients including our external partners. This is an opportunity to join a high performing, ambitious and supportive team environment where we all work towards a common goal which is to offer an outstanding and professional recruitment service to our clients and candidates.

You will be responsible for:


  • Engaging and working collaboratively with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders on resourcing and recruitment requirements.
  • Strategic sourcing across active and passive markets, building talent pipelines.
  • Effectively interviewing and assessing potential talent.
  • Managing checks and offers, to successfully onboard.
  • Liaising with clients to maintain relationships and keep them informed on the progress of all roles in a timely manner.
  • Database management and general administration duties including compliance & aftercare.
  • Ensuring OH&S issues are managed, reported and recorded according to the specific Toll People requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have:


  • Be a motivated recruitment consultant professional with high volume end to end recruitment experience from large complex environments (agency or in-house).
  • Have demonstrated contemporary sourcing methodologies.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and the ability to engage and influence others.
  • Possess working knowledge of FastTrack is highly desirable.
  • Be highly organised and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
