We are an Australian owned recruitment company specializing in both casual & permanent placements to different size companies in a variety of industries across Australia. Due to recent growth, we have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated, creative and engaging recruitment professional to join our Brisbane team.

If you are no longer excited by your current role and are looking for a fresh, energetic change that isn’t driven by regimented KPI’s and boring Monday to Friday 9-5 office hours then Makibe Australia has a wonderful opportunity for you.

We are looking for a dynamic (360) recruitment consultant with end to end recruitment experience in blue and/or white collar industries.

Ideally you will be a sufficient self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running. You’ll have demonstrated and effective experience in identifying and securing new business, and a genuine interest in people and passion for building relationships.

What we are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Preferably own clientele (highly regarded)
  • Experience in casual and permanent placements
  • Experience using Fasttrack (desirable)
  • Proven ability to engage clients across all industry and service sectors
  • A natural penchant for developing long term relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Someone who will actively network using social media platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook and other various online initiatives
  • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • A strong desire to grow your personal brand of professional recruitment strategies
  • The ability to maintain and grow the existing portfolio and establish new clients
