Computergate offers a full range of Partner & Managed Services to provide comprehensive and cost-effective IT support services for all size businesses remotely and on-site, throughout Asia & ANZ. We are currently seeking a Part Time HR Coordinator to work from our head office in Clayton, Melbourne or other offices located in Sydney and Brisbane.

Working Hours: 25 to 32hours - negotiable, depending on resource availability

Expected start date: beginning of July 2021. This role is a 4months maternity leave cover position with possible conversion to a permanent Part -Time role as an additional member to the team for successful candidates.

Pay rate: to be discussed based on experience

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist with end to end recruitment of client and office-based staff.
  • Proven experience in managing high levels of resource demands within a project environment.
  • Ability to proactively build and maintain talent pools on our recruitment platform for critical roles within the business.
  • Manage personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner on our recruitment platform.
  • Post advertisements, shortlist candidates, schedule and where necessary conduct interviews and respond to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Conduct Pre-employment checks for selected candidates.
  • Create and maintain onboarding packs by sending out appointment documents to new staff.
  • Ensure probationary period/performance reviews are held on time.
  • Support with employee relations cases; including taking minutes, attending investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings, preparing letters and providing any support required by the Line managers.
  • Provide general administrative support such as prepare correspondence, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy documents and tracking deadlines.
  • Timesheet and expense administration via CG ticketing system.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 2years experience working in HR related roles.
  • Self-motivation, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Ability to work unsupervised with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Australian Permanent Resident minimum.
