The Position

Due to a recent restructure MTM currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This portfolio covers the Occupational Control Management Systems (OCMS) of MTM.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner – Network Assets and Assurance, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing high quality talent acquisition advice for specialised IT related roles. By partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct the end to end recruitment for their respective division.

About you

To succeed in this role you will require the following:

• Previous extensive IT recruitment experience is essential
• The ability to tap into an established network of IT professionals
• The ability to map the market to identify passive job seekers
• Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of consultative, negotiation, influential and interpersonal skills

This is a role where adding value, building relationships and being the subject matter expert is imperative. Key to your application will be your experience in end-to-end IT recruitment developed in fast-paced, highly challenging environments. Your ability to influence outcomes and capitalise on opportunities by understanding stakeholder needs and acting on them accordingly will be imperative.
Your ability to thrive in high pressured situations, in conjunction with your positive and highly energetic mindset, will also ensure your success in this critical role.
