JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is undertaking significant global change and they are seeking an interim Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join their Australian Team.

Reporting directly to the Group GM of HR, this role will be responsible for leading all operational remuneration activity nationally. This is a broad and varied role and work will range from job evaluations/benchmarking, STI administration and execution, as well as global mobility and reporting.

As this organisation’s key remuneration specialist, you will develop and implement best practice initiatives of remuneration, compensation and benefits programs as well as provide crucial advice and support to key stakeholders across the business to ensure quality and effectiveness of the programs.

We will be looking for previous experience as a Remuneration & Benefits specialist, either as an individual contributor or at a manager level, ideally with experience in combined blue & white collar environments. Mobility experience is also highly desirable.

This is a short-term contracting assignment for anywhere from 3 to 6 months and the client is ideally seeking an immediate start.
