Your new role

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Fund's internal recruitment team. Responsible for delivering high quality recruitment advice and end-to-end recruitment services, this position will work across our Finance & Operations and Analytics teams.

With your experience as a technical finance recruiter you will consult to the business, advising on the best go to market strategy for each role, conducting market mapping and providing curated shortlists for hiring managers.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conducting job briefings;
  • Advising on and executing bespoke candidate sourcing strategies;
  • Coordinating candidate assessments/interviews; and
  • Offer management.

You'll need

  • The ability to manage competing priorities, maintain professionalism and confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in resolving issues or making recommendations.
  • Commitment to providing high-touch, hands-on support across the business throughout the entire process to ensure things run smoothly and positively.
  • Significant experience in recruitment delivery roles, gained in agency, RPO or in-house environments.
  • You have ideally recruited for technical skill sets (finance, legal and analytics) and understand the challenges of a fast-growing business
  • The ability to effectively act as a trusted advisor, with exceptional interpersonal skills and communication
